2016 Range Rover Evoque to Launch in India in November; Bookings Open

Land Rover that had started the local assembly of the Range Rover Evoque in India earlier this year, has now announced that it will bring in the updated model of the premium compact SUV in November, 2015. In fact, the company has now started taking pre-orders for the car at all its dealerships across the country.

The 2016 Range Rover Evoque will get subtle design tweaks and added features. The updated model will get restyled bumper, bigger air intakes, new grille and full LED adaptive head-lights. Other additional features, on outside, could be a new tail-gate spoiler and new alloy wheels. The vehicle's cabin too will get some changes with an updated infotainment system with an 8-inch touch-screen display, new door casing and seats.

Besides design and feature updates, the facelifted model will also get the all-aluminum Ingenium TD4 turbocharged diesel engine that is claimed to be 20-30kg lighter than its predecessor. This engine might be offered with two states of tune - 180bhp and 150bhp. There will also be a Si4 turbocharged petrol mill that's good for 240bhp.
