The cabin has seen subtle upgrades but they work effectively in making the Venue more premium
1. First In Segment Features
The 2022 Hyundai Venue offers several first-in-segment features including a two-step rear reclining seat as well as a four-way adjustable electric driver's seat. The automaker also says that the front seats have been scooped out to allow more legroom for the rear passengers.

The steering wheel is borrowed from the Creta while the infotainment system gets more features than before
2. More Premium Equipment
The Hyundai Venue facelift borrows heavily from the company's common parts bin and benefits from several premium components. This includes the new four-spoke steering wheel from the bigger Creta SUV along with a fully-digital driver's display. The SUV is loaded on premium features including a cooled glovebox, keyless entry, an electric sunroof, ambient lighting, automatic climate control, wireless smartphone charger and so much more.

3. Improved Tech Connectivity
Hyundai has made improvements to the tech inside the new Venue. The subcompact SUV's 8-inch touchscreen infotainment has been updated to support Alexa and Google Assistant in 10 different regional languages. The feature brings home-to-car connectivity on the model. The BlueLink connected car tech has also seen an upgrade and comes with offers more than 60 features.

The top variants are loaded with 6 airbags, rear parking sensors, TPMS, Hill Assist Control and more
4. Loaded on Safety
In terms of safety, the new Venue facelift gets a host of features such as six airbags, a rear parking camera with guidelines, a tyre pressure monitoring system, hill assist control, and more. Most of these features are available on the top trims, while the base variants get two airbags as standard.

The Venue retains its two petrol and one diesel engine options
5. Responsive Engines
The powertrain has always been a high point on the Venue and the facelift makes sure the same units are carried over. The 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine belts out 82 bhp and 114 Nm of peak torque and is paired with only a 5-speed manual gearbox. Up next, it's the peppy 1.0-litre turbo-petrol motor with 118 bhp and 172 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired with a 7-speed DCT and a 6-speed iMT unit. DCT version also comes with paddle shifters and three drive modes – Eco, Normal, and Sport. Lastly, there's the peppy and frugal 1.5-litre diesel with 99 bhp and 240 Nm and a 6-speed manual gearbox. Sadly, the Venue does not get a diesel-automatic combination that's seen on its cousin, the Kia Sonet.
