2027 Bajaj Pulsar 150 & 125 Launched; Prices Start At Rs 92,990

Bajaj has updated two of its iconic models, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 and the Pulsar 150. Prices for the Pulsar 125 start at Rs 92,990, while the Pulsar 150 is priced at Rs 1.15 lakh. Both motorcycles feature several major changes, including mechanical updates.

Starting with the design, both motorcycles share a similar design language and feature an all-LED setup. However, the major changes come on the mechanical front. They now get monoshock suspension at the rear, along with a new exhaust setup. They also feature a diamond-type frame, which is designed to offer a balance between rigidity and weight.

The new suspension setup is expected to alter the motorcycles' ride quality. The exhaust update also indicates that the engines have received some fine-tuning. Both motorcycles also get new graphics to differentiate them from the outgoing models.

2027 Bajaj Pulsar 150
On the feature front, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 and 150 get major updates, including a new 5-inch TFT console, turn-by-turn navigation and screen mirroring functionality. The Pulsar 125 three ride modes; Sport, Road and Rain and an idle start-stop system. They also get a Type-C charging port, which is slightly hidden within the headlight cowl.

In terms of braking hardware, the Pulsar 125 gets a front disc brake, while the rear continues with a drum brake. The Pulsar 150, meanwhile, gets a twin-disc brake setup, with disc brakes at both the front and rear.

2027 Bajaj Pulsar 125

The Bajaj Pulsar 125 will be offered in three variants, with the top-spec variant featuring a split-seat setup. The lower variants will continue with a single-piece seat.

The Bajaj Pulsar 125 continues to be powered by a 124.38cc single-cylinder engine producing 11.6 bhp and 11.4 Nm, while the Pulsar 150 gets a 149.5cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, oil-cooled engine with fuel injection and Twin Spark technology, developing 13.8 bhp and 14.1 Nm. Both motorcycles are paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox, a wet multi-plate clutch and an electronic ignition system, aimed at delivering smooth starts and gear shifts.

Furthermore, the Pulsar 150 competes with the Honda CB Unicorn 160 and the TVS Apache RTR 160, while the Pulsar 125 competes with the Hero Xtreme 125R, TVS Raider 125 and Honda SP 125.
