Festive Season 2016: Special Edition Cars And Bikes

- Only 101 units of the Audi Q3 Dynamic Edition will be produced
- Suzuki is offering special editions of the Access 125, Gixxer & Gixxer SF
- Ford introduced Signature Edition range of accessories for the EcoSport
Cars:
a. Ford EcoSport Signature Edition
Ford India has introduced the Signature Edition range of accessories on the 'Black Edition' of its subcompact SUV, the EcoSport. Available at a starting price of Rs. 9.26 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the Signature Edition offers Rs. 37,894 worth of accessories including body graphics, new LED daytime running lamps, sporty front & rear bumper appliques among other fitments. The Ford EcoSport Signature Edition sees the car itself remain mechanically unchanged and so is offered with the same range of engine options as the standard model: the 1.5-litre TiVCT petrol, 1.5-litre TDCi diesel engine and the 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engine. Transmission duties will be tended to by either the 5-speed manual gearbox or the 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.b. Audi Q3 Dynamic Edition

Audi India just launched the Q3 Dynamic Edition at Rs. 39.78 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). With a production run limited to just 101 units, the special edition of the Q3 SUV receives several feature and cosmetic upgrades over the standard version such as Audi e-LED, chrome accents on front grille, Quattro badging on the rear doors, Audi Drive Select, MMI Navigation System and Parking System Plus with Rear View Camera, to name a few. It derives power from the 2.0-litre diesel engine developing 174bhp and 380Nm of peak torque.
c. Datsun redi-GO Sport

Datsun launched a limited edition model of its latest hatchback, the redi-GO Sport, at Rs. 3.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The redi-GO Sport is based on the top-end S trim, and receives only cosmetic upgrades. It gets red accents on the grille, black-finish for the wheel cover, a roof spoiler, a black stripe that runs along the hood and roof. Datsun has also added a sporty dashboard, rear parking sensor, remote keyless entry, and a Bluetooth audio system on the redi-GO Sport.
Two-wheelers:
a. Mahindra Mojo Tourer Edition

Mahindra launched the Tourer Edition of its Mojo, at Rs. 1.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) earlier this month. The fully loaded special edition Mahindra Mojo gets a host of pre-installed accessories such as a magnetic tank bag, a fully adjustable 360-degree rotation mobile holder, a front guard, and matte black powder coated pannier mounts. The Mahindra Mojo Tourer Edition receives no mechanical changes as compared to the standard model of the motorcycle. It derives power from a 295cc, liquid-cooled, single cylinder, SI, DOHC engine that churns out 27bhp and a maximum torque of 30Nm.
b. Special Edition Suzuki Access 125

Suzuki launched the special edition of the Access 125 at Rs. 55,589 (ex-showroom, Delhi) with a few cosmetic updates that lend the scooter a retro charm. The list of changes includes chrome-finished round rear-view mirrors, a maroon leatherette seat cover, special edition badges and tan-brown coloured footboard. The special edition Suzuki Access 125 also gets a 124cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 8.58bhp and 10.2Nm of peak torque.
c. Suzuki Gixxer And Gixxer SF Special Editions

The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer also introduced the new Gixxer and Gixxer SF Special (SP) editions in the country at Rs. 80,726 and Rs. 88,857 (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively. The special editions receive a new colour scheme and graphics but are powered by the same 155cc single-cylinder engine tuned to produce 14.6 bhp and 14 Nm of maximum torque. The special editions of the Suzuki Gixxer twins sport classic race-inspired graphics with a unique Gixxer SP emblem, a maroon coloured seat, clear lens LED tail lights, etc. Available exclusively in the rear disc brake versions, the special edition motorcycles receive the following colour scheme options: Matt Fibroin Grey and Glass Sparkle Black (AR4).
