Hero MotoCorp Crosses 70 Million Sales Milestone

- The milestone comes in just over 30 years of the company's inception
- The last 2 years alone account for the sale of over 20 million units
- Hero marks this feat with the launch of a limited edition Achiever 150

The limited edition Achiever 150 gets a special colour scheme with tricolour graphics on the base white shade celebrating 70 million units. Incidentally, the 70 million figure coincides with the 70th anniversary of India's independence. Speaking on the occasion, Pawan Munjal - Chairman, MD & CEO of Hero Motocorp said, "The 70 million cumulative production is special because this has been possible due to our sustained leadership performance. This is a proud moment not just for us as a Company, but also for the entire nation, especially with the Prime Minister's focus on the 'Make in India' initiative. However, instead of resting on our laurels, we are now gearing up for the next Big Milestone of 100 Million cumulative production."
