Coming to the car itself, as mentioned before, the third generation Honda Jazz came both in petrol and diesel trims, unlike its predecessor. The diesel variant of the car was mated to Honda's tried and tested 1.5-litre DTEC oil burner that was specially built for the Indian market and does duty on Honda's other cars like, City and Amaze as well. The petrol version on the other hand comes with the same 1.2-litre i-VTEC that has been carried forward from the old model and also the one that features the CVT unit.
