Hyundai Launches Mob App for customers

Hyundai has introduced an integrated mobile app called Hyundai Care, which will act as a one-stop solution for information on the nearest service center and on the services being provided.

    Hyundai Motors India has launched an integrated mobile app called Hyundai Care to offer services to its customers. The app is GPS enabled and will allow customers to search for nearby dealers and service centres.
    It will also allow customers to book service appointments through the app and will give them an estimate of the expenses incurred in the service by means of the service cost calculator. Customers have the option to provide online feedback on the car service through the app and also a host of other convenient features.
    Speaking on the launch of the app, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President Sales & Marketing, Hyundai Motors India said, "We have developed Hyundai Care service mobile app to provide features that give real-time benefits to the customer. We feel the application will allow them to experience Hyundai services in a digital and exciting new platform."
    The app is available for both Android and the iOS.
