Kawasaki India To Hike Prices On Select Motorcycles From August 1

- Kawasaki India will hike prices between Rs. 6000 & Rs. 15,000
- The new prices on select motorcycle will be effective from August 1, 2021
- The middleweight & litre-class bikes bear the price increase
India Kawasaki Motor has announced that will be increasing prices on select motorcycles from August 1, 2021. The company has released the new price list of its complete line-up of motorcycles in the country. While prices on the entry-level models remain unchanged, the middleweight and litre-class bikes have seen an increment between Rs. 6000 and Rs. 15,000, depending on the model. Kawasaki has become the first premium bike maker to hike prices in this quarter. Check out the table below to see the price difference on the selected motorcycles.

The 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R gets the maximum hike with a delta of Rs. 15,000 over the current asking price
Kawasaki though has not shared the reason for the price increase. The company previously raised prices across its range in December last year by up to Rs. 20,000. Meanwhile, the motorcycles that do not get an increase include the Kawasaki KLX110 priced at Rs. 2.99 lakh and is currently the most affordable offering in the brand's range.

Up next is the Kawasaki Ninja 300 that continues to retail at Rs. 3.18 lakh and is the brand's most accessible street-legal bike. The Kawasaki KLX140G dirt bike also continues to be priced at Rs. 4.06 lakh. Lastly, the flagship Kawasaki Z H2 is priced at Rs. 21.90 lakh and the Z H2 SE is priced at Rs. 25.90 lakh with no changes in the asking price. All rates are ex-showroom Delhi.
