- Maruti Suzuki launches S-Assist AI-based virtual assistant
- It will offer a variety of Nexa cars service solutions
- The S-Assist platform can be accessed through 'Maruti Suzuki Rewards' app
One of the key focus areas for Maruti Suzuki is digitising the post-purchase customer journey and making it an easier experience for its customers. Keeping that in mind, the company recently launched the Maruti Suzuki S-Assist platform, which is an AI-based 24x7 virtual assistant that is scan and voice enabled and offers an immersive post-purchase experience by applying machine learning and artificial intelligence. The end-to-end digital solutions app was developed by Xane.AI, which is a start-up under Maruti's Mobility and Automotive Innovation Lab (MAIL) initiative that encourages innovation through collaboration with startups. This is one of the 13 projects being pursued by the company to help budding start-ups incubate and launch their ideas.
