Mercedes-Benz Introduces Circle Elite Bespoke Programme For Customers In India

Introducing more incentives for its customers in the country, Mercedes-Benz has announced the introduction of the 'Circle Elite' bespoke programme. The 'Mercedes-Benz Circle Elite' initiative aims to offer a host of benefits and privileges to customers that including gaining access to a number of luxury and lifestyle brands in healthcare, hospitality, entertainment, travel, sports and more. All 2018 Mercedes-Benz customers will get automatically enrolled into the programme at no extra charge. The German auto giant says the 360 degree loyalty programme is a first in the luxury car segment for India.

Mercedes-Benz India said, Managing Director and CEO, Roland Folger said, "Amidst many firsts, 'Mercedes-Benz Circle Elite' is yet another benchmark initiative by Mercedes-Benz India in the luxury car segment. We have crafted this exquisite program for our customers for their enduring relationship with Mercedes-Benz. The idea is to offer them in their daily experiences customised services ranging from gourmet cuisines to golf course and everything in between. The bespoke request encompasses dining, art and culture, shopping, business, golfing and other services. It also entails services such as travel and medical assistance. We hope that these intriguing indulgences and custom-made experiences will further drive value to our customers. The programme is in line with our brand ethos, a manifestation of the trust and love our customers have in us. This is another initiative that will distinguish Mercedes-Benz and help us sustain our 'Best Keeps Leading' leadership philosophy in the Indian luxury car segment."
The programme offers access to a number of offers at over 100 premium restaurants across the country. You also get a complimentary cake and bouquet at the table, courtesy Mercedes at select restaurants.
In addition, you also get access to 45 exotic properties, while customers can also avail complimentary Golf lessons at top golf courses over 10 cities.

The Mercedes-Benz Circle Elite will also allow customers to avail travel assistance such as inoculation and visa requirement information, interpreter referral, lost document advice and assistance and legal referral. You can also avail emergency translation assistance, document delivery, message transmission, and arrangement of transportation and accommodation for the travel companions.

Furthermore, the Circle Elite programme will also offer arrange telephone medical advise, hospital admission arrangement, guarantee o medical expenses incurred during hospitalisation and monitoring of medical condition during hospitalisation. The service will also make arrangements for medical repatriation and repatriation of mortal remains, and travel arrangements for the other members when customers are traveling abroad.
Customers can also book slots for bespoke events via a hotline number for event planning, pet care assistance, business services, travel services on more. Mercedes' tie-up with larger brands across retail, luxury and lifestyle will also make way for special offers, specifically for Mercedes-Benz customers.
The Mercedes-Benz Circle Elite initiative is intended to offer more influential benefits to its premium customer base in the country. The initiative joins the automaker's other after sales and service programmes that are intended to make for a hassle-free ownership.
Mercedes-Benz India already runs the 'My Mercedes, My Service' initiative that allows purchasing a service plan at the time of purchasing the vehicle in a bid to lower the overall cost of ownership. More recently, the company introduced the new 'Service on Wheels' iniative that will see a service truck reach out to the smaller towns and cities where a Mercedes service centre is yet to be established.
