2022 Hyundai Creta Updated With New S+ Variants And More Features; Knight Edition Launched

- The Hyundai Creta Knight Edition gets dark elements on the outside.
- It gets an all-black cabin with red highlights and stitiching.
- Hyundai has also added a new S+ variant to the Creta range.
The Hyundai Creta has been updated for model year 2022 and now sees multiple feature changes across its range. Features like Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is now offered as standard across trims, and it now gets glossy black centre console on SX (O) variants along with introduction of new Denim Blue colour. The company will also introduce the Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) on the Creta 1.5 Petrol S trim. The 1.4 T-GDi turbo petrol with the DCT gearbox will also be available on a new an S+ variant with multiple additional features over the S Trim.

Chrome elements in the Hyundai Creta Knight Edition has been darkened to give it a sinister look.
The S+ trim is available with features like panoramic sunroof, 16-inch black alloy wheels, wireless charger, rear disc brakes, electronic stability control (ESC), vehicle stability management (VSM), hill start assist control (HAC), paddle shifters, metal pedals, electric folding + auto fold wing mirrors and power window auto up/down.

Hyundai has also launched the Creta Dark Knight Edition which will be offered in the S+ and SX(O) trims on the 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine options. The S+ variant on the 1.5-litre petrol engines with the six-speed manual gearbox have been priced at Rs. 13.51 lakh and 14.47 lakh respectively, while the SX (O) automatic variant on both 1.5 petrol and diesel will cost Rs. 17.22 lakh and Rs. 18.18 lakh, respectively.
The cabin of the Knight Edition is also finished in all-black with red inserts and stitching on the seats and steering wheel cover.
Chrome elements in the Knight Edition have been darkened to give it a sinister look. So the updates include a grille with black gloss and red inserts, black gloss finish on front & rear skid plates, C-Pillar garnish, side sill garnish, roof rails, wing mirrors, shark fin antenna, tail lamp inserts, body colour door handles, dark chrome logo, red front brake callipers, dark metal coloured alloy wheels, and Knight Edition moniker. The cabin of the Knight Edition is also finished in all-black with red inserts and stitching on the seats and steering wheel cover.
