Two-Wheeler Sales September 2017: Royal Enfield Sales Grow by 22 Per Cent

- Royal Enfield sold a total of 70,431 units in September 2017
- It sold a total of 69,393 units in India and exported 1,038 units
- The company sold 3,78,304 units for the period of Apr-Sep 2017
Royal Enfield is enjoying a purple patch. Month after month, the company has been posting positive growth and sales as well. For the month of September 2017, the company again recorded a positive growth, of 22 per cent and selling a total of 70,431 units, as compared 57,842 units sold in to September 2016 is. Out of 70,431 units sold in September 2017, 69,393 units were sold in the country while the company exported 1,038 units. The company's sales for the period of April-September 2017 was 3, 78,304 units, which itself is a growth of 23 per cent over the same period last year.

Royal Enfield also launched two new variants of the Classic 350 and Classic 500 with new colours and subtle updates as well. Both motorcycles were fitted with rear disc brakes and got new colours such as Gunmetal Grey for the Classic 350 and Stealth Black for the Classic 500. Up next for Royal Enfield is the launch of its first ever 750 cc bike, which will be in November 2017 and the Royal Enfield Tour Of Bhutan, which will be held this month.
