BMW CE 04 Electric Scooter US Price Revealed

- BMW CE 04 to be priced at around $ 11,800 in the US
- So far, there is no confirmation of the CE 04 being launched in India
- BMW Motorrad shows the CE 04 in concept form earlier
The BMW CE 04 electric scooter has been unveiled internationally, and is expected to make its debut in the US market by 2022. According to latest reports, the CE 04 is expected to be priced at around $ 11,800, so that's not exactly on the affordable side of electric two-wheelers. So far, there's no word on the CE 04 being introduced in India. We're not sure if at all BMW Motorrad will launch its new electric scooter will be launched in India, or if the German manufacturer will wait and watch the electric mobility space in India develop further before taking a decision.

The CE 04 has a top speed of 120 kmph with 0 to 50 kmph acceleration in just 2.6 seconds
In fact, even internationally, the BMW CE 04 will only be launched as a 2022 model, and first it will go on sale in markets like Europe and the US, before being considered for other markets, including India. The CE 04 is based on the BMW Definition Concept CE 04 concept scooter that was showcased in 2020. The production model CE 04 retains much of the same design language, with its futuristic looks. Full-LED lighting, integrated map connection, connectivity, and a 10.25-inch TFT colour instrument panel with a long list of features.

The BMW CE 04 has a futuristic design, and stays true to the Definition CE 04 concept showcased in 2020
The BMW CE 04 is powered by a permanent magnet electric motor, which is mounted on the steel frame, between the battery and the rear wheel. The motor has a rated output of 15 kW (20 bhp), and with a maximum output of 31 kW (41 bhp), the BMW CE 04 has a powerful motor and claimed acceleration figures from 0 to 50 kmph in just 2.6 seconds. Maximum speed is claimed at 120 kmph, and the 8.9 kWh battery is capable of providing 130 km maximum range.
