Visual upgrades on the 2021 Audi RS5 Sportback include the new grille with the gloss-black finish on the honeycomb mesh. The air intakes on the bumper are new and redesigned for a sportier look. The model also gets new Matrix LED headlamps with new LED DRLs and dynamic turn indicators. Compared to its predecessor, the new RS5 Sportback gets 40 mm wider arches, while the rear sports new LED taillights and a reworked bumper. The RS5 Sportback rides on 19-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels and gets chrome-finished twin exhaust tips to complete the look. Lastly, the performance sedan gets RS steel brakes with RS black brake calipers allowing drivers to explore high speeds in a safe manner.

The model comes with Audi Drive Select with two RS modes coupled with the Quattro and RS Sports suspension. The Quattro permanent all-wheel drive, with a self-locking centre differential, optimises power delivery between the front and rear axles according to the driving conditions.

The RS5 Sportback rides on 19-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels and gets chrome-finished twin exhaust tips to complete the look.
