Toyota To Increase Prices Of All Its Cars From January 2022
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced that it will increase the price of its models with effect from 1st January 2022. Toyota is not the first carmaker to increase prices of its car in the new year. Maruti Suzuki, Audi, Mercedes Benz among others have announced the hike in cost of vehicles already.
According to Toyota price realignment is necessitated on the back of sustained increase in input costs including raw materials. The company also states that it has made all efforts to ensure that the impact of the cost increase has minimum effect on the customers.
For Toyota, cars like the Innova and the Fortuner have been front runners when it comes to sales. The Urban Cruiser too has been selling at a good pace and so has the Glanza. Come 2022, we hope to see more cars coming our way from Toyota.
