Top 5 Highlights: Lamborghini Pearl Capsule Edition

- The Urus Pearl Capsule Edition gets special cosmetic changes
- It's a pre-configured package that comes right from the factory
- Updates include - vibrant colours, gloss finishing, new alloy wheels
The Lamborghini Urus is the best-selling model from the Italian marque in India. Lamborghini India, which first launched the super-SUV in 2018, had already sold over 100 units of the Urus in India until March 2021, which for this uber-luxury segment is certainly an impressive number. In fact, before the pandemic, the company was delivering one Urus every week, which is huge for a car in this uber-luxury segment. Earlier this year, the company also launched the Urus Pearl Capsule Edition in India, which comes with a bunch of updates. And here are some of the key highlights of this special edition Urus.

1. The new Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule Edition is a pre-configured package that adds additional cosmetic upgrades for a completely new look including vibrant colours, gloss finishing, new alloy wheels, new materials and upholstery options. It's priced attractively compared to single customisation options, and the Pearl Capsule Edition comes right from the factory.

2. One of the big highlights of the Urus Pearl Capsule is the sporty and vibrant colour options, and notably there are three candy colours available - GialloInti (yellow), Verde Mantis (lime green) and Arancio Borealis (orange).

3. The other big update is the new 23-inch high gloss alloy wheels on the Urus Pearl Capsule Edition, upsizing from the 21-inch wheels seen on the standard model. Adding to the dual-tone paint scheme is the gloss-black finish that extends to the bumpers, ORVMs, body skirts, wheel cladding and roof. Even the quad exhaust tips on the Pearl Capsule Edition are finished in a darker matte finish, as opposed to the brushed silver on the standard version.

4. On the inside, Lamborghini has further spiced up the Urus with the Pearl Capsule Edition. The seats are now covered in dual-tone Alcantara with contrast stitching that matches the exterior shade. The backrest now boasts of the 'Urus' name that's been embroidered and stands out more prominently, while the headrest gets the Lamborghini logo to complete the package.

5. While the Pearl Capsule Edition offers several aesthetic changes, it's still powered by the same 4.4-litre turbocharged V8 engine that makes 641 bhp and 850 Nm of peak torque, while paired with 8-speed automatic transmission.
