2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno India Launch Highlights: Price, Features, Specifications, Images

The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno has gone on sale in India today, and we have all the updates from the launch event, here. The new Baleno has gone through a major makeover, and it now comes with heavy cosmetic changes, a host of smart features and tech, and it now comes with Maruti's AGS or Auto Gear Shift transmission technology. The new Maruti Suzuki Baleno has been launched starting at Rs. 6.35 lakh, going up to Rs. 9.49 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Maruti Suzuki has revealed that the car will get a bunch of new tech and features like a Heads-Up Display (HUD), 360-degree view camera, and a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ system with a new sound system with ARKAMYS tuning. In addition to these, the carmaker is also introducing the next-gen Suzuki Connect app, which will come with 40+ connected car features including Alexa assistance.

The new Baleno also gets a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro+ system with a new sound system with ARKAMYS tuning

Under the hood, the Maruti Suzuki Baleno right now comes with the 1.2-litre Dualjet Dual VVT motor as standard, mated to a 5-speed manual and a new 5-speed AGS unit, which replaced the automatic CVT unit.
