BMW Motorrad Clocks Highest Sales In India

- BMW Motorrad expects to record over 100 per cent sales growth in CY2021.
- It has delivered 5000 units in 2021 so far.
- The BMW G310R and BMW G310GS account for 90 per cent of sales.
BMW Motorrad India has delivered 5000 motorcycles in our market clocking its highest ever sales in the Indian market. The company has also said that it is set to post a year-on-year (YoY) sales growth of over 100 per cent in India in calendar year 2021. The sales momentum was primarily driven by the company's entry range - the BMW G 310 R and the BMW G 310 GS motorcycles which commanded a share of nearly 90 per cent of the annual sales.

The BMW G310R is one of the bestselling models in the brand's line-up.

The BMW G 310 GS has contributed significantly to the brand's sales.
The company also said that a slew of new launches including the BMW C 400 GT, BMW R 1250 GS and BMW R 1250 GS Adventure, BMW R nine T and BMW R nine T Scrambler, BMW S 1000 R, the all-new BMW M 1000 RR and BMW R 18 Classic have also helped the company to build on its brand value. Then, BMW Financial Services India with its easy finance solutions worked as a catalyst in expanding the footprint of BMW Motorrad in India.
