Hyundai Increases Production Capacity for Creta and i20

It's been raining orders for the Hyundai Creta ever since its launch in India, and the Korean automaker has increased production of the compact SUV considering the demand in the country. Furthermore, the company has also decided to up the production of the Hyundai i20, the premium hatchback segment leader, in order to meet demand.
Bo Shin Seo, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, HMIL, told The Hindu BusinessLine that come December, the company will increase its production capacity for both, the Hyundai Creta and the i20, from around 7,000 units a month to 9,000-10,000 units.
