Kia Carens: A Hassle-Free Ownership Experience

Three-row family movers have caught the fancy of car buyers of late and the Kia Carens has truly disrupted the segment. Be it the quirky design, a wide range of drivetrain options or the bucketload of modern-age creature comforts and tech, the Kia Carens recreational vehicle has upped the ante. While all these aspects already make a strong case for the Carens, Kia is also stressing quite a bit on the aftersales service and low maintenance cost of the Kia Carens in a bid to give its owners that very precious 'peace of mind' once you take the delivery.

My Convenience Plus' covers almost everything that concerns the owner once the delivery is done.
Well! Maintenance cost of the Kia Carens begins just at 37 paise per km and courtesy the wide range of aftersales services, you are rest assured of a hassle-free ownership experience. Kia introduced a new 'My Convenience Plus' programme, offering comprehensive coverage to customers along with some segment first value added products, exclusive to Carens' owners. My Convenience Plus' covers almost everything that concerns the owner once the delivery is done. Form periodic maintenance to extended warranty or roadside assistance (RSA) that also comes with tyre alloy protection, everything is taken care of. Then, the customers are provided with options to choose from Premium and Luxury package, giving coverage for four and five years, respectively.
And it's not done yet. Kia has been very thoughtful with few 'unique schemes' as well that are on offer especially for the Carens. These schemes are specifically designed for unfortunate situations where the car is subjected to damage.
- Care Shield looks after all the accidental repair options with just basic details of the incident so that the owner is not stressed any further.
- Care Shield Plus is an industry first scheme providing reimbursement of expenses up to Rs. 1 lakh, incurred while defending legal claim due to the accident, covering a maximum of two incidents.
- Engine Protection Scheme takes care of damages due to incorrect refuelling by customer which too is a segment first service.

In typical Kia style, the Kia Carens brings a lot of styles, loads of creature comforts, and is loaded with tech.
Yes! Kia has got everything in place and covered for Carens' owners and all these services can be accessed very easily through the 'MyKia' app. And with the 'MyKia' app, customers can not only avail all these services just at the touch of the button, but also it helps building up on their lifestyle offering a unique and exclusive reward program for existing customers. It gives exclusive discounts on various consumer brands across different categories like fashion, travel, food & beverages, electronics and lifestyle services among others.
So once you bring home the Kia Carens, all you need to do is drive away and enjoy the journey while Kia India takes care of everything else.
