  • Rising input cost and macroeconomic issues cited for hike
  • MG’s India portfolio includes three ICE models and three EVs

JSW MG Motor India has announced a mid-year price increase of up to 1.5 per cent. The latest revision will come into effect starting July 1, 2025, and will impact select models within the British automaker’s Indian lineup.

According to MG, the latest price correction is driven by rising input costs and broader macroeconomic pressures affecting the auto industry. The company stated that the revision is necessary to partially offset the impact of increased manufacturing and supply chain expenses.
