Royal Enfield Build Train Race Road Racers Introduced

- Royal Enfield's Build Train Race road racing program is for the US

Royal Enfield introduced the participants of the inaugural Build Train Race (BTR) road racing program with a ceremony during the MotoAmerica event at Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. The venue isn't very far from Royal Enfield's North America headquarters in Milwaukee. Six participants were introduced as part of Royal Enfield's Build Train Race program. Trisha Dahl, Becky Goebel, Scarlett Grosslangehorst, CJ Lukacs, Kayla Theisler and Michaela Trumbull were introduced along with the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 bikes they personally converted into racebikes under the mentorship of professional road racer Melissa Paris. The racebike of BTR participant Alyssa Bridges was also displayed, but Bridges could not attend the event due to a prior commitment.

The Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 built by Becky Goebel will be raced against other participants
The BTR participants will race their Royal Enfields against each other in special exhibition races during three MotoAmerica events in 2021: July 30-August 1 at Brainerd International Raceway, August 13-15 at Pittsburgh International Race Complex, and September 17-19 at Barber Motorsports Park.

The RE Continental GT 650 built by TJ Lukacs
Royal Enfield has continued its technical partnership with S&S Cycle, collaborating on projects including the Build Train Race (BTR) road racing and flat track programs in the US. The motorcycles developed by the BTR participants have several racing parts which are custom built by S&S Cycles.

Trisha Dahl's RE Continental GT 650
Royal Enfield and S&S Cycle established a relationship in developing the FT411 and Royal Enfield's American Flat Track program in recent years. S&S Cycle also manufactures multiple aftermarket parts and accessories for Royal Enfield motorcycles. This year, S&S Cycle has created parts to assist with the BTR road racing program, including exhausts, footpegs and triple clamps, and continued support of the BTR flat track program. S&S Cycle will also help to develop a Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 road-racing package and consult on future racing opportunities in the Americas.
