Tata Motors Rolls Out 10,000th All-New Safari In 4 Months Since Launch

- The new Tata Safari was launched earlier this year
- The first 100 units were produced in February 2021
- The Safari commands a 25.2% market share in its segment
Tata Motors has achieved a new production milestone with the rollout of the 10,000th all-new Safari SUV. The automaker achieved the production figure at its Pune plant in Maharashtra in just four months since the SUV was launched. The company had rolled out the 100th Safari in February this year and the last 9900 units were produced despite restrictions, plant closure and supply constraints over the last couple of months. Do note, this is a production figure for the new Safari and does not necessarily equate to 10,000 customers yet. The model will find homes with customers eventually.
