The Tata Punch will be the first SUV to be built on the ALFA platform
The soon-to-be-launched Tata Punch will be the first SUV to be built on the ALFA-ARC (Agile Light Flexible Advanced Architecture) developed under Impact 2.0 design language. When launched, the micro SUV will be positioned below the Nexon subcompact SUV in the line-up. Last month, the Indian carmaker dropped the first official image of the production model and christened it the Punch.
Visually, the Tata Punch sports an aggressive front-end design with a signature split lighting setup. It gets sleek-looking LED DRLs positioned above headlamp cluster, tri-arrow grille design, circular fog lamps, squared-off wheel arches, 16-inch diamond-cut alloys, wraparound LED taillights, high-set rear bumper, roof-mounted stop lamp, neatly sculpted tailgate with company branding and more.
