Tata Motors Commences Operations In Bolivia With Commercial Vehicles

- Tata has partnered with Bolivian Auto Motors to sell commercial vehicles
- Tata has launched the SuperAce, Xenon and LPT 613 truck in Bolivia
- Besides Bolivia, Tata also retails CVs in countires like Chile & Equador

Tata SuperAce
Through this partnership, Tata Motors has launched three commercial vehicles in the Bolivian market which includes the SuperAce Petrol, Xenon Petrol and Tata LPT 613 truck. All three vehicles are currently available in Santa Cruz and will soon be available in the cities of La Paz and Cochabamba. Bolivian Auto Motors will also look after the after sales and maintenance of the commercial vehicles.

Tata LPT 613 Truck
Besides Bolivia, Tata Motors commercial vehicles are also sold in other South American markets like Chile and Ecuador.
Talking about the vehicles, the Tata SuperAce is a light commercial pick-up that draws power from a 1.4-litre petrol engine churning out 85hp between 5500-6000rpm and comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. With a payload capacity of one tonne, the pickup has a small turning radius of 5.1 metres, while a gradeability of 27.5 per cent allows the pick-up to tackle varied road conditions.
Coming to the Tata Xenon, the 4x2 pick-up is being offered in single as well as double cab options with power coming from a 2.1-litre petrol motor belting out 131hp and 195Nm of torque. The Xenon comes with a 2.4 metre long load body in the single cab version provides ample loading space, with three drop sides enabling easy access. Lastly, the Tata LPT 613 truck comes with a payload capacity of 4.2 tonne with power coming from a 697 Turbo Charged Inter-Cooled, 6-cylinder engine.
