Tata Motors launches 10 new Prima LX Heavy Vehicles

Tata Motors added 10 new trucks/movers to its Prima LX range today. According to Tata Motors, the move is intended towards revolutionising the Indian trucking landscape. The 10 new heavy vehicles included 6 trucks in Transportation segment and 4 in construction segment.
The range of 6 cargo trucks includes the Prima LX 4928.S SRT, LX 4928.S HRT, LX 4028.S SR, LX 402.S HR, LX 2523.T and LX 3123.K.
Tata also unveiled 4 tippers for the construction segment; the Prima LX 2523.K, LX 2528.K, LX 3123.K and the LX 3128.K.
Mr. R. Ramakrishnan, Senior Vice President, (Commercial), Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors Ltd. said, "Each of these Prima trucks launched today, have been designed as per customer and driver requirements, with best-in-class design, performance, cabin comfort, safety and best-in-class TCO (Total cost of ownership), with strict adherence to emission norms."
All these trucks are backed by changes like world class cabins with advanced technologies to reduce noice and vibration levels. Tata Motors also says that there is an improved gearbox in these trucks and safety too has been given special attention.
Additionally all the trucks are supported by the "Power of 5"; a set of innovative offerings from Tata which includes
Tata Alert - Highway assistance program for medium and commercial vehicles.
Tata Fleetman - Telematic service using SMS, emails and remote unit management to help customers monitor their fleet from their offices or homes.
Triple Benefit Insurance - to protect against the loss of time and income due to accidents.
Three-way benefit scheme - Depreciation waiver/Zero depreciation coverage, New vehicle replacement coverage and loss of income vehicle Hire cost.
Tata Motors 4 year Warranty Extended Service Interval - Tata motors have extended their service interval on medium and heavy commercial vehicle.
Tata Motors, with all these offerings, plans to woo the customers who will hereon be promised good design, good vehicles and good after-sales services.
