Honda Two-Wheelers Announces Cumulative Sales Of 50 Lakh In Gujarat

- Honda added the latest 25 lakh customers of Gujarat in just 6 years
- The first 25 lakh Honda customers in Gujarat took 15 years
- Honda Activa 6G and Honda Shine power sales in Gujarat
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has announced that its cumulative two-wheeler sales in Gujarat have now crossed the 50 lakh unit mark. Honda has doubled its customer base in Gujarat, adding the latest 25 lakh customers in just 6 years, the company said in a statement. This is almost three times faster than the first 25 lakh Honda customers in Gujarat, which took 15 years. Honda's demand in the Gujarat market has been driven by the Honda Activa 6G, as well as the bestselling 125 cc motorcycle, the Honda Shine, the company added.

Honda's strong sales and after-sales network across Gujarat, provides the entire range of Honda two-wheelers, including the Activa 6G, Activa 125, Grazia 125 as well as commuter motorcycle range. Honda's exclusive Big Wing network in Ahmedabad is also providing 300-500 cc mid-size premium motorcycles on sale. Earlier this year, Honda announced cumulative sales of over 70 lakh units in the north India region. In north India, 35 lakh customers were added in just 5 years, while the first 35 lakh customers were added over 15 years.
