TVS Launches IRIDE Smartphone App For Two Wheeler Customers

- The TVS IRIDE app helps customers plan & improve their riding experiences
- This is TVS' second ASS initiative after the Roadside Assistance Program
- The app also gives you the option to schedule your two wheeler's service
The new app is currently available only on Android devices and fits rather well in today's tech savvy and virtually connected world. The IRIDE smartphone app is exclusively for the TVS two wheeler customer and monitors the ride parameters of the vehicle during transit. This helps customers plan and improve their riding experiences, the company said in a statement.

Speaking on the launch of the new customer service platform, TVS Vice President, Sales and Service said, "TVS Motor Company has always been lauded for its customer centric approach and it is our endeavour to keep improving our offerings. Designed for the tech-savvy customer, IRIDE is our next step at creating a superior experience for our customers. We are confident that they will be delighted by this initiative as it will amplify their long-term ownership experience."

TVS IRIDE App Rider Mode ensures your phone does not disturb while riding
This is the second major customer centric initiative by TVS this yer after announced the 'Road-side Assistance Program'. The IRIDE app has some nice features to its credit which includes detecting vehicle movement, which allows it to switch between riding and idling mode. It also stores the parking location of the vehicle, allowing owners to navigate back to the two wheeler.

The other handy feature include medical emergency tips for first aid, while you can also schedule a service booking using the app. Lastly, the IRIDE app is social media interactive and allows you to post your achievements like top speed, badges etc. on the Facebook page.
