2021 Bajaj Pulsar 180 Launched In India; Priced At Rs. 1.08 Lakh

- The 2021 Bajaj Pulsar 180 is priced at Rs. 1.08 lakh (ex-Delhi)
- The styling on the motorcycle is inspired by the Pulsar 150
- The motorcycle now gets a BS6 compliant 178.6 cc engine
The Bajaj Pulsar 180 is back! Bajaj Auto has launched the 2021 Pulsar 180 in India and the motorcycle is priced at Rs. 107,904 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle continues to get similar styling as before. Updates include a new headlight equipped with AHO (auto headlamp on), two pilot lamps, new decals, split seats, new alloy wheels and a new 'infinity' LED taillight. In terms of engine specifications, the 2021 Pulsar 180 gets a 178.6 cc single-cylinder motor, which is air-cooled and BS6 compliant as well. It makes 16.36 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 14.52 Nm at 6,500 rpm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.

The motorcycle gets telescopic suspension up front and 5-way adjustable twin Nitrox shock absorbers at the rear. The ground clearance on the motorcycle is 165 mm while the seat height is 800 mm. The new Pulsar 180 gets a fuel tank with a capacity of 15 litres and has a kerb weight of 151 kg. The motorcycle gets a 280 mm disc up front and a 230 mm disc at the rear. Single-channel ABS comes as standard fitment on the motorcycle.

Discontinued in 2019, Bajaj Auto replaced the Pulsar 180 with the Pulsar 180F. Now the motorcycle is back in the Pulsar line-up after about two years. The motorcycle continues to get the same instrument console as the 180F, a part digital part analogue unit, with a small LCD readout.
