Mahindra Introduces Thar Adventure Edition

Mahindra & Mahindra, India's leading SUV maker, has silently rolled out a special edition of its popular SUV, the Thar. Called the Adventure Edition, only 30 exclusive units of the vehicle will be made. What makes the Adventure Edition different from the regular model are a bunch of additional equipments, both, inside and out. However, the car remains mechanically unchanged.

Powering the vehicle is the same 2.5-litre, CRDe turbo diesel unit that is capable of churning out a maximum power output of 103bhp and 247Nm of torque. The company hasn't officially revealed the pricing of the special edition, though we expect it to be about Rs 25,000 - 30,000 over the price of the regular model.
