VS Parthasarathy Resigns As President, Mobility Services Sector - Mahindra Group

- VS Parthasarathy has dedicated over 20 years of his career to Mahindra.
- He will resign from his services on April 01, 2021.
- Dr. Anish Shah will take over his role on April 02, 2021.
Mahindra & Mahindra has announced that VS Parthasarathy, President - Mobility Services Sector and Member of the Group Executive Board has resigned from the Group effective from April 01, 2021, to pursue personal interests. The company says that in the next phase of his career Parthasarathy desires to work as a consultant and mentor to build and scale up businesses and initiatives across businesses, education and society. Parthasarathy has dedicated over two decades of his professional career to the Indian automaker and has over three decades of experience across departments like HR, Finance, M&A, IT and international operations.

Dr. Anish Shah will join the Board of MLL, taking over as the non-Executive Chairman of MLL effective from April 02, 2021.
Dr. Anish Shah, who is the Deputy Managing Director and Group CFO at Mahindra is designated to take over as the Managing Director and CEO of the company from April 02, 2021. He will also take additional charge of overseeing the Mobility Services Sector directly. Consequent to his decision to leave the Mahindra Group, Parthasarathy will resign from the Board of Mahindra Logistics Limited (MLL) and Dr. Anish Shah will join the Board of MLL, taking over as the non-Executive Chairman of MLL effective from April 02, 2021.
