Maruti Suzuki Opens MyNEXA Concierge at IGI Airport in Delhi

- The MyNexa concierge is spread over 900 sq. ft at T3, IGI airport
- The MyNexa Concierge offers seating lounge, high speed internet & iPads
- Maruti plans to expand to over 100 more Nexa showrooms in this fiscal
The first concierge at IGI airport in Delhi is built on a total area of 900 sq.ft. The concierge and lounge will offer services including a dedicating seating place to relax, high-speed internet, iPads and a choice of food and beverages. A car display area adjacent to MyNEXA Concierge will be open to all people traveling out of Delhi, who may like to familiarise with the Nexa Experience.
Speaking to carandbike.com, RS Kalsi, Executive Director, Marketing and Sales, Maruti Suzuki, said "The Nexa lounges on airports to relax is part of phase 2 of the investment process. The second phase involves enhancing experience for customers which mean work on next level for customer experience i.e. work on various facilities, providing international music with local flavour." In a statement released, Kalsi also said that the MyNEXA concierge helps Maruti Suzuki create another touch point to engage and connect with customers.

Maruti Suzuki Baleno has brought phenomenal success to Nexa
Maruti says the MyNEXA concierge carries the same ambience seen in dealerships with the black and white monochrome theme, while bringing focus on the display car. Like the dealership, relationship managers will also be present at the concierge and will engage with customers about NEXA and the product range on offer.
The NEXA dealership initiative was a bold move from Maruti Suzuki and easily one that has paid off well for the company. Retailing two products - S-Cross and Baleno, the Nexa dealerships were launched in July last year, and since has expanded its base to 150 showrooms across the country addressing to over 1 lakh customers. The company will be expanding NEXA outlets to 100 more showrooms by the end of the current fiscal. The Nexa dealerships cumulatively employs over 3500 relationship managers.
In addition to the concierge initiative, Kalsi also told carandbike.com that the second phase of investments will including creating Nexa workshops. The pilot for Nexa workshops will commence in this financial year where there will be lounges with free WiFi and hospitality as well as entertainment system. The company is identifying locations for these workshops with customers.
