2. The TVS Apache RR 310 is identical to the Akula 310 in design, but has lost the sharpness that we loved on the concept. This has been in favour of a more aerodynamic design on the production-spec version, which the company says was derived after countless hours of wind tunnel testing. That said, the design has been inspired from a shark, which can be seen on the nose and the gills on the side fairing. 5. The TVS Apache RR 310 uses the same 312 cc single-cylinder, reverse inclined, DOHC, liquid-cooled engine as the BMW G 310 R. The motor is largely calibrated as that on the G 310 R and churns out 33.5 bhp at 9700 rpm and 27.3 Nm of peak torque at 7700 rpm.
