Mahindra Two Wheelers inaugurates new dealership in Mumbai

Mahindra Two Wheelers inaugurated its new dealership in Mumbai called SM Auto. This new facility spread over 3,300 sq. ft. includes a 1,700 sq. ft. showroom and a 1,600 sq. ft. workshop. The dealership is located in Goregaon West which speaks about the company's strategy to expand in the western markets. This takes the tally of the total number of dealerships in Maharashtra to 42.

Speaking at the inauguration, Mr. Dharmendra Mishra - Vice President Sales & Customer Care said, "We are glad to have launched our 42nd dealership in the state of Maharashtra. Over the last 9 months we have seen huge demand for our two wheelers emerging from various cities in the west, particularly for the Centuro. The inauguration of SM Auto is in line with our west-centric expansion strategy."

The new dealership will offer the entire range of Mahindra Two Wheelers' ranging from its automatic scooters, to the motorcycle range. The expansion plan is in place because Mahindra plans to further increase their product portfolio with the introduction of the Mojo. With 1000 touch points pan India, Mahindra will want to capitalize on this opportunity to further their sales.
