Mahindra Scorpio And Bolero Power+ Get 2 Year Extended Warranty

- The Mahindra Bolero+ & Scorpio now get coverage up to 7 years
- The Shield warranty ensures faster coverage approval & claims settlement
- Shield is transferrable to a new owner & promises long-term reliability
Mahindra & Mahindra has extended its warranty program (Shield) by two years for the Bolero Power+ and Scorpio SUVs. Both models are high-volume sellers for the automaker and the announcement is sure to make the customers happy. At present, the SUVs are offered with a standard warranty of five years that cover unforeseen mechanical and electrical breakdowns. With the extended warranty, the Mahindra is now offering a warranty period of seven years with the Bolero Power+ covered up to 150,000 km, while the Scorpio gets coverage up to 170,000 km.

Mahindra's Shield warranty program ensures faster coverage approval and claims settlement. The company says the program benefits customers with coverage of mechanical or electrical failures including (but not limited to) engine parts, transmission system, cooling system, steering system, fuel system, suspension, and electrical system.
The Mahindra Bolero has been the brand's top-seller consistently for a while now
The Shield warranty is also flexible in terms of transfer ownership, while also promising higher resale value, convenient one-time payment or the option of EMI payments. The move will surely keep customers happy while also enforcing long-term reliability on the two popular-selling models.

On the product front, Mahindra recently introduced the Bolero Neo in the market, and the company is now gearing up to introduce the XUV700 later this month as the brand's new flagship. Mahindra is also working on the next-generation Scorpio that will arrive in early 2022.
