There isn't any noise from the Maruti Suzuki stable, but all that is about to change for the manufacturer is going to reveal the India-spec S-Cross in Malaysia on June 7. The India-spec car will be revealed at the IIFA award ceremony which will see a gathering of Bollywood stars.
Last time around, it was Renault who did a similar jaunt with regards to the Lodgy and captured eyeballs by showcasing the car on stage with actor Hrithik Roshan. The S-Cross will also be part of this glamour world at the IIFA Award ceremony.

The cabin of the S-Cross will be similar to that of the Swift and expect a dual-tone dashboard.
When it comes to engines, the S-Cross in Europe gets the 1.6-litre petrol and diesel mill, however, the Indian version might get a 1.3-litre, 92bhp, Multijet diesel and a 1.4-litre petrol unit. We'll know more soon, so stay tuned!
