Features:
In terms of features, all three cars a pretty much at par with each other in most cases and vary in a few. On the exterior front, all three cars get halogen headlamps, and while the redi-GO gets optional DRLs, the S-Presso and Kwid don't. Also, all three cars get steel wheels with optional full wheel covers a roof antenna, optional body-coloured ORVMs, and standard taillamps. The Kwid and the S-Presso also come with claddings, which the redi-GO doesn't. As for safety features, the S-Presso takes the lead by offering dual front airbags in the top-spec model, and passenger airbag as optional in other variants. ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, speed alert, seatbelt remainder, pedestrian and crash protection are standard. While the Kwid offers most of it, it doesn't get passenger-side airbag even as an option, and the base model doesn't get airbags at all. The redi-GO also doesn't get passenger-side airbag, but the other safety features are standard.
In terms of creature comforts, the new S-Presso again has an upper hand as it gets Maruti Suzuki's latest SmartPlay Studio infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with Steering-Mounted Audio & Voice Control. While the Kwid also gets a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, it misses out of steering mounted controls. The redi-GO at the same time only gets a standard 2-DIN music system with just Bluetooth, USB, and AUX-IN connectivity.

The Datsun redi-GO is the least updated model among all three cars
Price:
| Model | Price (ex-showroom, Delhi) | |
|---|---|---|
| Renault Kwid | 800 cc | 1.0-litre |
| Rs. 2.76 lakh to Rs. 3.98 lakh | Rs. 4.20 lakh to Rs. 4.75 lakh | |
| Datsun redi-GO | Rs. 2.79 lakh to Rs. 3.62 lakh | Rs. 3.90 lakh to Rs. 4.37 lakh |
| Maruti Suzuki S-Presso | NA | Rs. 3.69 lakh to Rs. 4.91 lakh |
Conclusion:
On paper, the Maruti Suzuki S-Presso certainly offers more and better features than the Kwid and redi-GO. In fact, in terms of pricing too, the S-Presso undercuts the 1.0-litre models of both the cars in the entry-level. That said the Renault Kwid is set to receive a major facelift this week on October 1, 2019, which could make it a much better choice, in terms of looks, styling and features. That is of course if Renault prices it aggressively.
