How do I test the performance and quality of the pre-owned car?
We understand your apprehensions while going for a pre-owned car purchase as a buyer. That's why we try to provide you with utmost transparency with vehicle inspection reports, as well as an option to book a test ride with the vehicle before reserving and confirming it.
What is WarrantyFirst+? What is the warranty period?
The WarrantyFirst+ warranty is a 2 year warranty, designed to indemnify the owner from unforeseen costs of repairs or replacement of covered part/s in the vehicle. We accept the responsibility for repairs/replacement as per the terms and conditions specified.
The warranty period shall be for 2 years or a total of 25,000 Km (whichever is earlier). The said warranty is split into 2 parts:
Part 1: Comprehensive Warranty for the first year or 15,000 Km (whichever is earlier) along with Roadside Assistance.
Part 2: Engine & Transmission Warranty for the second year or 10,000 Km (whichever is earlier) without Roadside Assistance.
How is the vehicle price decided?
Our vehicle prices are fair. We calculate the vehicles’ true market value based on the Indian Bluebook Guide, vehicle status (type, age, insurance, condition), as well as real-time market data. The vehicle condition is assessed through our 140-point inspection process.
What are my test drive options?
To ensure you have a hassle-free experience, we offer you 2 options to test-drive the vehicle:
a. Sanitized home test drive within city limits.
b. Sanitized Dealership test drive
What happens if I miss my test drive or if there is a no-show?
If you miss your test drive, we will help you reschedule it. You can also call us on +91 96060 45096 to reschedule the same.
