Fiat Punto Evo Karbon And Linea Royale Edition Annouced For Festive Season
Joining the festivities this season, Fiat Chrysler Automobile (FCA) India has announced the new Karbon Limited Edition for the Punto and Royal Limited Edition for the Linea models in the country. The Italian automaker has spruced up the limited edition versions with a host of cosmetic upgrades to the exterior and interior.

Joining the festivities this season, Fiat Chrysler Automobile (FCA) India has announced the new Karbon Limited Edition for the Punto and Royal Limited Edition for the Linea models in the country. The Italian automaker has spruced up the limited edition versions with a host of cosmetic upgrades to the exterior and interior.

Keeping things premium, Fiat is offering the Karbon Limited Edition on the Fiat Punto Evo 90HP variant; whereas the Royale Edition is being offered on the the Linea 125 S.

Talking about the upgrades, the Limited edition models get a pearl white paint job with a contrasting black roof, while the limited edition 'Royale' and 'Karbon' badges are seen just under the C-pillar. The Punto Evo Karbon also gets decals on the sides, while the Linea 125 S Royale gets additional gunmetal finished alloy wheels.

Things get interesting on the inside as the Fiat Punto Evo Karbon getting black leather seats with contrast white stitching to match the exterior. The Linea Royale on the other hand, uses tan coloured leather upholstery with diamond stitching, with the colour extended to the dashboard as well as the door pads.

With respect to mechanicals, both cars do not sport any changes. The Fiat Linea 125 S Royale uses the 1.4-litre T-Jet petrol engine tuned to produce 123bhp of power and is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. The Punto Evo Karbon, uses the 1.3-litre MultiJet diesel engine tuned for 90bhp and is also paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

Fiat India is yet to reveal the prices on the limited edition versions of its cars. That said, expect to see a marginal price hike over the standard model. At present, prices for the Punto Evo Dynamic trim start at Rs. 7.47 lakh, while that for the Linea 125 S starts at Rs. 10.76 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom-Delhi).
