VinFast To Offer Mobile EV Charging Services In India

VinFast India has announced a new partnership with Global Assure, an India-based customer service provider. The Vietnamese automaker, which is soon set to offer its vehicles on sale here, plans to provide on-demand mobile charging services to its customers with the tie-up, aiming to help alleviate range anxiety. Additionally, the partnership will also provide potential customers with roadside assistance, mobile service operations, and 24/7 customer support.

Commenting on the collaboration, Pham Sanh Chau, VinFast CEO Asia said, “As VinFast is gearing up to launch its premium electric SUVs - the VF 7 and VF 6 in India market, this partnership underlines the brand’s commitment to ensure prompt, dependable, and customer-focused support across the country. VinFast has already announced its plans for the Indian market, stating that it will start producing the C-segment VF7 crossover at its manufacturing facility in Thoothukudi (formerly Tuticorin), followed by the compact VF6 SUV. Additionally, the company also has plans to bring its entry-level SUV, the VF3, to Indian shores by early next year. The company has showcased a range of its offerings, which included the VF 9, VF 8, VF 6, and VF 7 at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
