The 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class gets an all-new cabin.

Speaking with Siddharth Vinayak Patankar, Editor-In-Chief, carandbike in context of the upcoming EQS on the latest Freewheeling With SVP webisode, Martin Schwenk, Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Mercedes-Benz India said, "The bigger the car gets, we also see a strong drive into the diesel engines. So it's really logical that in the C-Class we offer both options, diesel and petrol, and diesel actually in two variants including the top-end. It has a lot of advantages for the car, it has the latest technology also in terms of cleanliness. I spoke about the emission technology, so it is definitely a very future ready vehicle. There's no reason to hide our diesel. On the other hand, since we have both, we'll also react accordingly towards customer demand."
