Audi A3 Clubsport Quattro Concept Revealed

Highlights
Audi unveiled the A3 clubsport quattro concept which will be shown in public in a couple of weeks at Worthersee. Based on the S3 sedan, this hardcore concept looks sportier and even gets a power upgrade.
Instead of the 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder, TFSI engine with 298bhp, the clubsport quattro concept comes powered by a 5-cylinder 2.5-litre TFSI motor taken from the RS Q3. The engine will be able to churn out an impressive 525bhp and 600Nm torques. All that power is channelled to a quattro all-wheel drive system through a seven-speed S tronic gearbox equipped with launch control.
The new Quattro concept tips in at 1527kgs and this is why it takes just 3.6 seconds to sprint from 0-100km/h while topping out at 310km/h.
The A3 clubsport Quattro comes with a Magnetic Blue exterior paint scheme and it also gets the Matrix LED headlamps. It looks the part but it won't make it to production however, this is a way for Audi to tell us that the 5-cylinder engine will make it into the RS3 very soon.
