Speaking on the occasion, JK Tyre and Industries, Head Motorsports and Corporate Communication, Sanjay Sharma said, "We are delighted with the response that we have received for the JK Tyre IndiKarting National Series. The idea behind this series was to promote karting among the masses and this series has achieved just that. JK Tyre has always believed in promoting motorsport and making it more accessible and affordable to talent irrespective of affordability in a sport which has traditionally been highly inaccessible. We are sure that this initiative will prove to be a milestone in unearthing and promoting new talent in the country."

The three winners earned maximum points in their respective categories after 15 races across five rounds. The young drivers have also won fully sponsored drives in the JK Tyre-FMSCI National Rotax Championship.

The drivers have graduated to 4-stroke karts that can do up to 100-105 km/h

The finals of the Pro Senior category was the most exciting race of the day with Aaroh Ravindra from Mumbai leading the standings by a single point going into the final round. Nevertheless, Aanjan finished first with a superb victory, while Rahul Saran from Bangalore finished third. The Pro Cadet had Mumbai's Hoshmand Elavia in the second position, ahead Saatvik Kogileti of Bangalore. Aditya Joshi from Pune and Mira Erda from Vadodara finished second and third respectively in the Pro Junior category.

The winners will now graduate from the 4-stroke karts to the much faster Rotax 2-stroke karts that have a top speed of 100-105 km/h. The upgrade to 4-stroke karts will give the young drivers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to race and test their skills against some of the karting drivers in the country.
