Netherlands Gets BMW and MINI Driving Experience

Highlights
A certification team from BMW Driving Experience, Maisach, Germany, conducted a critical assessment of the Netherlands to verify if the country was fit to be a pilot market. Based on the company's release, the Dutch nation exceeded expectations. The active driving section, outward impression, and customer perception were all up to scratch and in fact, the local partner landed up collecting far more points than is required to pass the test.
Speaking on the occasion, Robert Eichlinger, Head of the BMW and MINI Driving Experience, stated," I was impressed by how well the concept and guidelines of the BMW Driving Experience had been implemented on the ground in the Netherlands." Future plans for the company include broadening the outreach of the experience by gearing up for certification in China, Italy and the USA.
One of the key strategic pillars of internationalising the BMW and MINI Driving Experience is uniformity, no matter where in the world. The quality standard offered to customers at any of the branches globally should remain at a constant high level or beyond it. All parts of the customer's experience are judged as certification criteria- the instructors' conduct, knowledge, and interaction with participants, training course content, overall management, buildings, training areas, etc.
Upon gaining certification, the Netherlands branch of the BMW and MINI Driving Experience can now officially carry the 'BMW Driving Experience, Official Partner of BMW M' seal of quality. Commenting on the project's future, Peter Haug, Director of Marketing for BMW Netherlands, stated," The BMW Driving Experience is an emotionally rich product experience, which makes it an extremely valuable tool for acquiring new customers and retaining the loyalty of existing customers."
