Ducati India has launched the Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse limited-edition motorcycle priced at Rs. 10.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Desert Sled Fasthouse Edition's fuel tank is finished in black and grey, combined with a geometric design

Commenting on the launch, Bipul Chandra, Managing Director, Ducati India said," The Scrambler Desert Sled is one of the most capable off-road bikes in the segment and our customers in India have recognised that fact. The Fasthouse carries absolutely distinctive-looking Scrambler Desert Sled liveries in the recent past and is the coolest Desert machine, which is why only 800 people in the world can have it! When we opened the bookings to our dealer network, the initial allocation for the Indian market was sold out within minutes."

With the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled as the base, the Fasthouse edition differentiates itself with a special livery. It replicates the graphics used by the Ducati bikes that took part in the Mint 400. The Scrambler took rider Jordan Graham to victory in the Hooligan class of the Mint 400 in 2020, the oldest and most prestigious off-road race in America. The main colours are black and grey, combined with a geometric design on the fuel tank. The frame gets a Ducati Red finish while an aluminium plate features the number of the bike within the limited series.

Mechanically, the Ducati Scrambler Desert Sled Fasthouse edition continues with the same hardware. The 803 cc twin-cylinder engine gets no change while the bike continues to sport an adjustable Kayaba suspension, off-road inspired foot-pegs with removable rubber pads, and black spoked wheels with a 19-inch unit at the front and a 17-inch wheel at the rear.
