Suzuki Motorcycle India has revised prices of its 125 cc scooter, the Suzuki Burgman Street 125. Prices of Suzuki's 125 cc scooter with maxi-scooter design have been increased by Rs. 1,600 across both variants, the standard as well as the Bluetooth-enabled version (Burgman Street Ride Connect Edition). The standard Suzuki Burgman Street 125 is now priced at Rs. 84,300 (Ex-showroom, Delhi), while the Burgman Street 125 Ride Connect Edition is priced at Rs. 87,800 (Ex-showroom). With the revised prices the Suzuki Burgman Street 125 is now one of the most expensive 125 cc scooters on sale. According to Suzuki Motorcycle India, the price hike has been done due to rising input costs.

The Suzuki Burgman Street 125 also gets the Ride Connect Edition which offers a Bluetooth-connected instrument console with a long list of features

The TVS NTorq 125, which is a direct rival to the Burgman Street 125, is now more affordable. For reference, the top-spec TVS NTorq 125 Super Squad Edition is priced at Rs. 81,075 (Ex-showroom, Delhi), while the Burgman Street 125 Ride Connect Edition is priced at Rs. 87,800 (Ex-showroom, Delhi), making it Rs. 6,725 more expensive than the NTorq 125.

The Suzuki Burgman Street Ride Connect Edition offers Bluetooth-connected features

The Suzuki Burgman Street 125 has good road presence with its maxi-scooter inspired design. It's powered by a 124 cc, two-valve, single-cylinder air-cooled engine which makes 8.6 bhp at 6,750 rpm and 10 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. The Burgman Street Ride Connect Edition comes with Bluetooth connectivity, offering turn-by-turn navigation, call, SMS and Whatsapp alerts, over speed warning, phone battery level display and more. The scooter comes with a large footboard, along with a flexible foot position for the rider, with decent underseat storage and with a kerb weight of just 110 kg.
