TVS Motor Company is looking to make a big splash in the 125 cc segment and the company is gearing up to introduce a scooter and a motorcycle in this space. In fact, the Hosur-based manufacturer has now confirmed that TVS will be introducing a 125 cc motorcycle as early as the end of September 2021, and this has us all excited. The company is tight-lipped about the upcoming offering and speculations are rife that this could be called the TVS Fiero 125. For those unaware, the two-wheeler maker sold the Fiero 150 nearly two decades ago under the TVS-Suzuki partnership. It was later replaced by the TVS Apache 150. In essence, the company will be reviving the moniker.

Expect to see a sporty yet commuter-friendly design language, a feature-packed console, and a powerful engine. The TVS Jupiter 125 will be positioned as a Honda Activa 125 and Suzuki Access rival in the segment
Meanwhile, there's no word on the new 125 cc scooter that's also under development. At present, TVS sells the highly successful NTorq in the segment and the model has managed to garner a strong following among enthusiasts. Speculations suggest that the 125 cc scooter will be more of a family-oriented offering that takes on the Suzuki Access and Honda Activa. It could also be called the TVS Jupiter 125 upon launch, building on the success of the nameplate. There's no word on when the 125 cc scooter will arrive but we could see the model launch around the festive season.
