New Hero Splendor Pro (2016) Launched at Rs. 46,850

Highlights
Besides the above-mentioned changes, the new Hero Splendor Pro also gets a side stand indicator, new grab rail and body-coloured side mirrors. Since it's just a mid-life facelift of the bike, it receives no mechanical changes. It continues to feature the same air-cooled, 4-stroke, single cylinder OHC 97.2cc engine that, mated to a four-speed gearbox, churns out a maximum power output of 8.25bhp and 8.05Nm of peak torque.
Talking about design, the updated Hero Splendor Pro gets a new square-shape headlamp and new cowl, new side panels, a sleeker fuel tank and revised tail section. That said, the bike misses out on steel luggage mounting point. Though the overall design of the bike remains largely identical to the previous model, all the aforementioned changes make it looks sleeker than before.
Besides the new Hero Splendor Pro, Hero MotoCorp dealerships will start selling the Maestro Edge as well from today that was unveiled on September 29, 2015.
